Pig Candy

I don't know how I'm supposed to lose weight while I work. They're pushing ice cream for a meeting or something like that which I must have missed last week while out of the office.

One of the office assistants brought in pig candy today. Pig candy, for those of you who don't know the term, is fried bacon around which brown sugar has been crystallized. She had some bacon she'd used to make cocoa truffles, too.

Mmm. Crunchy, salty, fatty bacon mixed with sweet, rich, melty chocolate. About 10,000 calories and 122.5 cholesterol points per truffle. Here, have another strip of that sugar-soaked pig fat!
