Normally, I'm not particularly concerned about television commercials. They are typicaly innocuous, if a bit loud, and since getting the TV recorder, they are largely a thing of the past. But listening to a thin-reeded waif cover Sonic Youth to hawk GMC SUV's was decidedly odd.
