Donovan McNabb didn't know that the NFL has tie games (the Eagles and the Bengals played to a 13-13 tie yesterday):
Watch the video -- he's not joking. He really had no clue. This is a ten-year veteran of the NFL. Yes, tie games are uncommon, but they do happen and the referee explains that rule before the start of every overtime game.
When McNabb and the Iggles played the 2002 Atlanta Falcons in the playoffs, their record was 9-6-1 -- what did he think the "1" was for?
