Our friends are driving their RV out to Las Vegas and taking us along with them. We're bringing the food -- cold cuts, cheese, and fruit. They eat pretty healthy so that should be pretty good all around. The trip ought to be fun.Vegas itself is a prospect I look forward to with a mixed attitude -- I usually enjoy Las Vegas, but it's a bother leaving the critters behind and having to trust others to care for them. Gambling is fun but I probably won't do any of that at all -- it's Cinco de Mayo and fight night tonight, so it's going to be an absolute madhouse up and down the Strip. We found a room near the outlet malls and The Wife seems pretty excited about that for some reason that makes me wonder if we'll come home with as little money as if we did go gambling.
