European Narrative

Europeans sometimes seem to forget that the visual arts are about narrative. Their movies, TV shows, and music videos sometimes just... end. Case in point (if it ever loads):



That's an enjoyable little pop song, fun and peppy. Quite popular a few years ago, you may recall -- a version sung in English was released here in the States, but the French language version is much better (the artist is Italian, BTW). But the video? There's one bit of narrative development at the very end, but aside from that it's nothing but two people either driving or standing around and not really even interacting with each other. Although I must grant that the dancing Elvis is a nice touch.
