A Challenge: Define "A"

I think "A" is "open-minded critical thinking," but that's an awkward phrase. Surely there is a more elegant way to describe that concept.

The bottom axis doesn't seem like a continuum. How does one travel from sheltered to dogmatic when it comes to trying new things? I'm not sure I could discriminate between these things.

Perhaps the 2d scale should be this:
Willingness to change mind - Dogmatic to Flighty.

Willingness to try new things - Sheltered to Adventurer.

Each person gets a score for each metric. This allows for a single data point to plot. The measurement would create four quadrants and the average person would fall in the center of the graph.

I think it means that even if you learn a lot of new things, but at the same time don't change your mind, that's what it is to be dogmatic. The new information had no effect.
