Television

We've got a TV in the hotel room here in Waukesha.

It's strange to have the TV at all. And then, we don't have as much control over what it does as we would like. We have to watch what is broadcast at the time chosen by the broadcaster, not at a time of our choosing. There are things on that we enjoy watching (Mythbusters and a Civil War documentary for me, some lampshade shows for The Wife) but it's been five years or so since we were at the mercy of a schedule rather than assisted with a digital recorder to let us watch what we want, when we want.
