Where's The Damn Stimulus Money Already?

While I think the economic stimulus is a terrible idea, if the government's going to be handling out money, I want my twelve hundred dollars, damnit. Besides, we've already spent it on lawn furniture and a garden that the dogs have partially eaten. For some reason, my money did not get deposited into my account as promised last Friday. The IRS line is jam-packed and overwhelmed with calls on the subject, so I'm guessing I'm not alone in not getting the money on the promised dates. I hope I don't have to get my Congressman involved.
