Turns out that the NFL will not allow its players to strike the "Captain Morgan" pose on the field, even if all the money paid for the brand-recognition stunt by the liquor manufacturer goes to charity.
This is stupid.
NFL fans, if you go to the games this weekend, you should all strike the Captain's pose, and raise a bunch of rum-sodden money for the Gridiron Greats Assistance Fund. Because they're doing something about taking care of the older, injured players that the league doesn't seem to give much of a damn about now that they no longer help generate profits. The NFL might fine its players but it can't fine the fans.
