The Wife is hopefully not too modest to brag about her creamsicle cupcakes. I grated up some orange zest for her, and suggested using Grand Marinier in the frosting. But she did all the work. Filled with vanilla pudding, the cake has a yummy orange flavor and the frosting is creamy and orangey.That's what I'll be having for lunch, probably. Nutrition will wait for a later meal.
