Unitary Executive Theory Under Obama
You know, I still still haven’t figured out how we get from “There is only one President and all the rest of the executive branch are just extensions of the President and not really independent political actors” to “You can’t ever hold the President accountable for misdeeds and violations of the law in court”. There was only one President in U.S. v. Nixon.
