And as noted before, you don't have to offer information to the police, and when you do offer information, you're taking a risk.

What about searches by customs at ports of entry? Do those same rules apply there?
Lots of info and well taught. I liked the judge's opinions to the CATO crowd at the end regarding decriminalizing drugs. Wise words based on some interesting facts.
