Michigan for Mitt

It would appear that Mitt Romney has won his second home state of Michigan. CNN so says that Romney will get 10 delegates, John McCain will get 8, and Mike Huckabee will get none. But that's simply not right. Michigan has 30 delegates under the current regime (the RNC could take back its early-primary penalty and give Michigan another 30) and it looks like Huckabee will have enough votes to get a share of the 15 delegates awarded for proportional statewide performance. The other 15 delegates are allocated, one each, to the plurality winners of each of Michigan's 15 Congressional districts. So I don't know where CNN's math is coming from, but it's not even ten o'clock in Michigan as I write this. The delegate counter will be updated as I learn more tonight and tomorrow.
