Gift ideas for friends of TL -- I need a large cone strainer, and a fine-mesh strainer (something intermediate between your standard seed strainer and cheesecloth). The world's most intense meat stock is on its way from the
jus left over after cooking with the
sous vide that I've begun collecting. It's not a sin to mix
jus from steaks and baby back pork ribs, is it? It better not be because that's what's in the works at Cafe TL.
