I'd like to run for The Tribunate! At first I thought it not such a good idea because nothing would get done. But, that 5-10 year buffer between when a law gets enacted and when it can be abolished helps. It may let some laws get tested and opinion might change.
This branch, would it/should it have power over state's laws? Or does the SCOTUS deal with that.
