As we read in a link first seen on FARK, Tennessee's Emergency Management Agency went out of its way to hire a disbarred lawyer -- who was convicted of taking out a hit on his own wife to get the life insurance money and still serving time for that crime -- in a job which gave him unattended access to guns and other weapons.
Unlike yesterday's post, this is not an April Fool's joke.
I think if you attempt to kill your spouse for the insurance money you should get to:
ReplyDelete- work for the State
- be given a State vehicle to drive
- be given a cell phone provided by the State
- and most definately you should have access to firearms.
It only makes sense, it is the ONLY logical and reasonable thing to do in these types of situations.
Why ALL convicted felons don't have these privileges is beyond me!
Hey, at least he's not a native Californian.
ReplyDeleteThis would appear to lay bare the prejudice for native Tennesseeians.
ReplyDeleteHey, just another day in TN. If some convict isn't give these types of privileges he or she might sue the State and get sooooooooooooo much more! Like his/her own personal driver, limo, wet bar, ...
